DESCRIPTION:Cromwell Martial Arts to celebrate 30 year anniversary with a Grand Re-opening January 20\, 2024. \n\n\n\nCromwell Martial Arts\, located at 871F Newfield St. in Middletown\, will be celebrating a 30 year anniversary with a Grand re-opening on Saturday January 20\, 2024.\n\n\n\nCromwell Martial Arts teaches group classes and private lessons in Kenpo Karate\, Modern Arnis\, and Kobujutsu (weapons) to adults and children ages 4 and up. Self-defense classes are also offered.\n\n\n\nThe owner\, Sensei Frank Shekosky\, is a 9th degree blackbelt in kempo karate and was inducted into the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame and the Middletown Sports Hall of Fame for accomplishments in competitive swimming\, baseball\, and martial arts. Sensei Frank instructs world class seminars throughout the New England area.\n\n\n\nFree classes and refreshments will be offered at the Grand re-opening on January 20\, 2024.
