DESCRIPTION:U.S. Coast Guard Band Performs Free Concert: July 20\n\nBy Greg Wind\, Killingworth Lions Club\n\n\n\nThe Killingworth and Haddam Lions will host their Fifth Annual U.S. Coast Guard Band Concert with a free performance on Sunday\, July 20th at 5:00 p.m. at the Parmelee Farm Pavilion in Killingworth.\n\n\n\nThe band members are extremely talented\, and the Lions are honored to have them perform in Killingworth. Everyone is welcome from our local communities and our family and friends from neighboring towns.\n\n\n\nCome early to set-up your lawn chairs\, picnic baskets and blankets to enjoy patriotic favorites\, virtuosic concert band classics and swinging Dixieland Jazz. \n\n\n\nParking will be limited at the front of the farm\; however\, the adjacent Haddam-Killingworth Middle School parking lot is recommended and is within walking distance. Handicap assistance will be available to and from the parking lots.
