2018 Middletown Motorcycle Mania Vendor Registration

Please Note after you register as a vendor for Middletown Motorcycle Mania, the following steps need to be taken if it applies to your organization:

ID REQUIREMENT FOR VENDORS SELLING PRODUCTS
The City of Middletown now requires that all vendors selling products, be approved annually by the Middletown Police Department.  To be in compliance with their requirements, please send the following to the Middletown Police Department:
  1. $5.00 background check fee for each worker in your booth. Check made out to the Middletown Police Department
  2. Copy of photo id or driver's license for each worker in your booth.
  3. A VALID copy of your Sales and Use Permit issued by the State of CT, or your nonprofit paperwork.
