2025 Middletown Penguin Plunge to benefit Special Olympics Connecticut

Are you ready to take the plunge for a great cause? The Penguin Plunge is your chance to brave the icy waters while supporting Special Olympics Connecticut and its 12,000+ athletes of all abilities. Whether you’re jumping in solo, with friends, or as part of a team representing your school, business, or organization, this is an event you don’t want to miss!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

•  Open to anyone 8 years or older
•  $25 registration fee (fundraising encouraged!)
• Raise $150 and earn an exclusive Penguin Plunge sweatshirt—handed out on event day!
• Keep fundraising to unlock even more cool rewards as a thank-you for your support.
