African American Jazz Festival 2016

The African American Jazz Festival is a city wide event at Harbor Park Middletown Ct. on August 20, 2016 at 11 a.m. till 11:00 p.m. We invite you to join us in our efforts to ? Educate the largest African American population event in Connecticut. What is African American Festival? Middletown?s Festival of African American music and culture has been a regional tradition in the past years. This is the ultimate destination for summer, providing visitors with world-class entertainment, authentic Jazz bands, African dance groups, African portraits, children?s activities, such as Kids Zone that consist of face painting, bounce house, rides, knockerball area, arts, technology and much more. We?re excited to announce Kenny Lattimore will entertain us in live concert on that day, Kenny Lattimore is an R&B Artist Grammy Award-Nominated singer/songwriter. The goal is to keep this going to ensure our city is well rounded with diversity of events.
