Brian Friedland Trio

The Brian Friedland Trio plays original music with an emphasis on melody, narrative, atmosphere, and interaction. Friedland’s piano work with bassist Brad Barrett and drummer Austin McMahon on compositions like Northwest Passage, Listen, and Praise Be The Mammal evoke mysterious, contemplation, and humorous moods. The versatility and imagination of their live performances have created a loyal following in the Boston area throughout a decade of active performances.
