Topics include: Organizational Structure; Human Resources; Business Policies & Procedures; CMA/Valuation/BPO; Marketing & Advertising; Legal Documents; CAM requirements overview and more.
This course meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the CT DCP and the Real Estate Commission. Attendees will be awarded 6 elective CE credits for their 2022 CT Real Estate License renewal.
Class will be held live via Zoom on August 3rd & August 5th with 1/2 hour lunch break
