Please indicate if you are using a FREE Certificate being held for you at the Association Office.
NHMR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum is not met.
School policy allows no more than 10 minutes past the start time of class for admittance.
You may CANCEL up to 48 hours prior to class and receive a refund for the class minus a $10 processing fee.
YOU MAY TRANSFER UP TO 48 HOURS PRIOR TO CLASS; THERE IS A $10 TRANSFER FEE PER REQUEST.
THERE IS A $25 FEE FOR REPLACING LOST CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSE CERTIFICATES.
Each course is approved for 3 Continuing Education Credits towards the 2016 Real Estate License Renewal.
All classes meet the minimum requirements as set forth by the
CT Department of Consumer Protection & the Real Estate Commission.
