The speaker will be KEVIN LEMBO, STATE COMPTROLLER, who will discuss his office and some of his key goals and objectives in 2015. The mission of the Office of the State Comptroller is to provide accounting and financial services, to administer employee and retiree benefits, to develop accounting policy and exercise accounting oversight, and to prepare financial reports for state, federal and municipal governments and the public.
