Outstanding leaders inspire action, listen deeply, build connection, and can flex their behavior to meet the needs of any situation. How to develop and strengthen these skills is the core challenge of any individual or organization that seeks maximum effectiveness.
Combining applied theatre and improv work with foundational organizational development tools, the experiential workshop will focus on building spontaneity, curiosity, listening, and executive presence skills to help you lead and grow in business.
