Jane Doe No More: Escape Alive

Escape Alive Survival Skills™ is offered by Jane Doe No More in partnership with East Coast Training Systems. Each four-hour self-defense session consists of an academic component, as well as physical training and skills practice. This class is offered at no cost to the Women & Girls who participate.

Since 2009, Jane Doe No More has partnered with the professional team at East Coast Training Systems. To date, over 4,000 women and girls have benefited from this invaluable program.

This 4-hour class is designed to give women and girls a fighting chance in the face of an attack. It combines one (1) hour of educational awareness along with three (3) hours of physical skills. The class is offered at no cost to participants and they will register through our website.

This class is offered to Mothers & Daughters for girls 12 and over, which is open to individuals as well.
