Menstrual Cup Workshop in Middletown

Join New Horizons Domestic Violence Services and the Wesleyan Period Coalition for a Menstrual Cup Workshop on April 26th from 1pm-2pm.

The workshop will cover:

What is a menstrual cup and the different types
How to use a menstrual cup; insertion, removal, maintenance and
Benefits and disadvantages of the cup

Food will be provided and Free menstrual cups will be given out on a first come first serve basis.
