MEM Lunch breaks are for those of us that need to take a break to center ourselves mid-day, to get away from your critical boss or nosey co-workers and just find a place of peace to clear your head.

We created this space with your needs in mind. Come and relax, unwind, and breathe. Then go back to your life with a level head.

This space will be offered as an open meditation center. Come as you will during that time.
