Painting with Wood Stain

In this unique workshop participants learn to use water based wood stain and a Dremel rotary as a painting medium for representational or more abstract pieces.

The techniques are similar to painting with watercolor or acrylic using additive and subtractive methods, drawing, scratching, layering and staining to create your first wood stain painting!

Participants receive a set of primary wood stains (red, blue, yellow, black and white) a piece of wood and watercolor paper to paint on.
