Senior Wellness Fair at Middlesex YMCA (Sponsored by Middlesex Health)

Come join us for an interactive experience at the Senior Wellness Fair at the Middlesex YMCA on Tuesday, June 18, 12-3 PM, at 99 Union Street, Middletown, CT!

This complimentary event features music, entertainment, refreshments, functional training, demonstrations, and many resources for older adults. 

A special "Joint health recovery and prevention" workshop will take place from 1-2 PM, presented by Middlesex Health Physical Therapy and Middlesex YMCA Fitness department.
