SHAKE IT OUT, NOT OFF!
Events of 2020 have impacted us all in different ways, but for all of us, there has been a disruption of our ‘normal’ world. This disruption has generated a myriad of feelings which can limit our ability to move forward in our lives in ways we would like. In this session, we will explore ways to use our bodies to clear out these uncomfortable feelings rather than trying to push them aside or muddle through them. You will learn techniques that can be applied to any situation that disrupts your equilibrium, in big or small ways, thus positioning yourself to thrive in our ever changing world.
