The speaker will be Paul Dodge, who became the Business Counselor for the Middletown Small Business Development Center in the Fall of 2014. The MSBDC is a partnership of the City of Middletown and Middlesex Chamber to increase business opportunities for Middletown residents and businesses located in Middletown.
