ResponsibilitiesBuild, configure, and manage cloud phone systems for customers.Install phones and related hardware at customer locations.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with phone hardware, peripherals (e.g., headsets), voice quality, and network connectivity.Provide excellent customer service and maintain a customer-focused approach.Use ConnectWise Manage to review tickets, document work, and track progress.Coordinate with other vendors as necessary to resolve technical issues.QualificationsHigh School
